Rates

November 20-November 27	$900 per night.
November 28 - December 17	$800 per night.
December 18- December 31	$1500 per night. One week minimum. Saturday to Saturday
January 1 - January 31	$ 800 per night.
February 1 - April 1	$900 per night.
April 2- November 19	$725 per night.

Reservations

Reservation requests can be made by phone or email. A deposit equal to two nights lodging is due within 7 days of booking. Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival including all taxes (6.53%) and cleaning fees. A security deposit of $1500 is due with your balance. This will be returned by check via mail 30 business days after your stay assuming no damages to the property.

If booking within 60 days of arrival, full balance is due at time of booking.

Payment accepted in check (drawn on a US bank), money order, wire transfer, Mastercard or Visa.

No smoking or pets please.
