Rates

November 17-November 24	$900 per night.
November 25 - December 21	$800 per night.
December 22- January 2	$1500 per night. One week minimum. Saturday to Saturday
January 3 - January 31	$ 800 per night.
February 1 - April 1	$900 per night.
April 2- November 17	$725 per night.

* Four night minimum unless otherwise indicated above.  Prices do not include taxes and cleaning fee.  Prices subject to change without notice.  Discounts available for extended stays.

Reservations

Reservation requests can be made by phone or email. A deposit equal to two nights lodging is due within 7 days of booking. Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival including all taxes (6.53%) and cleaning fees. A security deposit of $1500 is due with your balance. This will be returned by check via mail 30 business days after your stay assuming no damages to the property.

If booking within 60 days of arrival, full balance is due at time of booking.

Payment accepted in check (drawn on a US bank), money order, wire transfer, Mastercard or Visa.

No smoking or pets please.
